    We provide Standard Support via email. Please feel free to ask any questions related to MIDletPascal and mobile application development. Support priotirized for people, who purchased any MIDletPascal license.

    Standard Support include:
    • Unlimited e-mail support
    • Fixes of problems caused by MIDletPascal
    • Updates (depending on license type)
Advanced Support
    We provide Advanced Support via e-mail. People, who have Advanced Support receive replies guarrantied within certain time.

    Advanced Support include:
    • Unlimited support via e-mail
    • Reviewing your source code, fixing or pointing on the problems
    • We calculated worked hours after your problem was solved
    • We don't take your hours if your problem caused by MIDletPascal

Enter as detailed description of your report as possible. Remember, you may understand completely the details of what your attempting to accomplish in your project, but we do not. Generally, we're able to pinpoint the problem much faster if you send us a small demo project of your report. Due to todays virus environment, all executable (.exe) or scripting type files are automatically deleted. Only source projects, units, and form files will be reviewed and / or tested.
